1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using fontgen.studio ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

fontgen.studio is an AI-powered font generation service that allows users to create custom fonts from text prompts. The Service is operated by amorphic, a European company.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Public Fonts (€5): Generated fonts are shared publicly on the platform. You receive a perpetual license to use the font.
• Private Fonts (€25): Fonts are exclusive to you and do not appear in public searches. You receive a perpetual license to use the font.
• Foundry Tier (€99/month): 40 credits per 30-day period, with full commercial resale rights.

All prices are in Euros (€) and include 25% Danish sales tax. Payment is processed securely via Stripe®.

4. Font Ownership & Licensing

• Public and Private tier fonts remain the intellectual property of fontgen.studio.
• Customers purchase a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use generated fonts for personal and commercial projects.
• Foundry tier customers receive full commercial resale rights for fonts generated under their subscription.

5. Regeneration Policy

Each font purchase includes up to 5 regeneration attempts. After 5 attempts, you must choose from your generated options or make a new purchase.

6. User Responsibilities

• You must not use the Service to generate fonts that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
• When uploading reference images, you confirm you have the right to use that material.
• You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Refunds

Due to the nature of AI-generated content, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at fontgen@devine.pub if you experience technical issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
